1872 for Imerman Angels

Imerman Angels is a non-profit organization founded in the United States in 2006 that provides guidance and resources with an emphasis on one-on-one support for cancer fighters and caregivers.

This video is for the inaugural Wings of Hope Gala for Imerman Angels, which  honored Howard Tullman, CEO of start-up incubator 1871. A member of Imerman Angels’ board of directors, Mr. Tullman was presented with The Wings of Hope Award by Attorney General Lisa Madigan, for his continued excellence in inspiring others, contributing to the cancer community, and for going above and beyond to help those in need of cancer support. The event, held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and emceed by WGN TV’s Dina Bair, raised $325,123.

1871 is Chicago’s entrepreneurial hub for digital startups. Located in the famed Merchandise Mart, the 150,000-square-foot facility provides Chicago startups with programming, access to mentors, educational resources, potential investors and a community of like-minded entrepreneurs that help them on their path to building successful businesses. 1871 is the flagship project of the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center.
